 Okay. I made a 'make distclean' on a machine on which Sage crashed with
 this line
 {{{
 sage: digraphs.DeBruijn(3,1).is_circulant(certificate = True)
 }}}

 I remove the bliss package, then ran 'make' then installed bliss again,
 and now it works. Volker? Could you do the same thing on your machine to
 see if it solves the problem too?
