New description:

 There are various bugs in `Partitions`/`Compositions`, especially when
 many constraints are combined:

 {{{
 sage: Partitions(5, min_slope=1).list()
 ValueError: [2, 4] is not a valid partition
 }}}

 {{{
 sage: Partitions(6, outer=[4,2], inner=[3,3]).list()
 [[3, 3]]
 }}}

 {{{
 sage: Compositions(4, length=3, min_slope=1).list()
 [[1, 2, 4]]
 }}}

 {{{
 sage: Compositions(6, max_part=3, max_slope=-1).list()
 [[3, 3], [3, 2, 1]]
 }}}
