Just a tip: given the many modifications here and there, and the new
classes, it's might be simpler to review directly the whole new file
src/sage/modules/module_with_basis_morphism.py rather than looking at its
diff. Otherwise, I took care of the moving of the code from
modules_with_basis.py in a separate commit, so that you can diff from
there.
