Replace

sage: alarm(0.01); (2**100).binomial(2**19, algorithm='pari')
}}}
by

sage: alarm(0.5); (2^100).binomial(2^22, algorithm='pari')
}}}
(analogously for `mpir`)
With this value, the memory use is reasonable and the computation takes
long enough (48s on my machine) that it will not answer in <0.5s in the
near future.
