Comment (by tscrim):
`universal_enveloping_algebra` automatically constructs the lift morphism
and the coercion by calling the (`lazy_attribute`) `lift`, whereas
`_construct_UEA` simply constructs the object. I did things this way so
that the user doesn't have to worry about constructing the coercion, but
if the user wants to not have a coercion, then one can just implement
`universal_enveloping_algebra`.
