There are several useless features in `IntegerListLex` as already
mentioned in [http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/17979#comment:291 ticket
#17979:comment 21]:
- it should not inherit from `Parent` and it should generate lists and not
`ClonableArray`
- `global_options` is a useless attribute
- the `__clascall__` is here for nothing
