Because the actual bug is that `cython()` works differently from `./sage
-b`. This issue has nothing to do with `embedsignature` and it is also
much broader than `embedsignature`. Did you know that even `print -1/3`
behaves differently in `cython()` than in Sage library Cython code?
Fixing this has been on my Cython TODO list for a long time, but I
currently have too many tickets related to Cython that they would surely
conflict.
