I completely agree with you in principle. However, I would be against
adding even more changes to other parts of Sage.
As far as I can tell, within the Sage library, `IntegerListsLex` is only
called either with a single number or with `NN` as argument. I agree with
deprecating other arguments (in particular, lists). Deprecating
`IntegerListsLex(NN, ...)` should be done in a follow-up ticket.
