 The build system obviously works fine, otherwise we would have tons of
 reports about Sphinx and Pillow by now. But `sage-fix-pkg-checksums`
 should be dealt with it is the most obvious piece that cannot cope with
 mixed/uppercase characters as far as we can see here.
