The Sage library doesn't ship `jquery`. Various packages do, in particular
`sagenb`, `Sphinx`, `matplotlib`, `ppl`, `jsmol`, `IPython` and
`WerkZeug`. I don't think it's feasible to unify them, so close this
ticket as "wontfix".
