I'm confused about the goal here. As far as I can tell, if you have Xcode
6.3, Sage won't build, and the problem won't be with `R`, but with `gcc`.
If you delete Xcode 6.3 and install version 6.2 of the command-line tools,
Sage will build. Is this reproducible by anyone else? If so, what problem
are we trying to solve with this ticket?
