Hi Marc,
There is some difference of designs.
- in your version, the rightmost occurrence of a substitution takes
precedence, while in Michael's one an error is raised
- you deprecate `subs_expr` and `substitute_expression` (I think this is
good)
- is this a bug or a feature?
