It seems that we do not have an up-to-date list of Sage's packages in our
documentation.
This branch solves the problem, by adding the list of packages in our
reference manual (in `sage.misc.package`, where all functions dealing with
packages are defined). This list is *generated* from python lists, so that
they are:
- Easy to read (in a nice sorted table)
- Checked by a doctest, so that we get a warning if they are not up to
date anymore
