Add a simple test if a general matroid is binary: construct the likely
candidate binary matroid, then check for isomorphism.

All done. I also noted that BinaryMatroid._is_isomorphism() did not revert
to _is_field_isomorphism if both matroids were binary, repaired that
omission.
