I made a separate ticket about the metaclass issue, #18503. It's probably
some issue with the `ClasscallMetaclass` implementation, but I don't want
to get distracted by it now. I'll try getting a decent subset of the skew
tableaux code moved over today so some testing can be done. My current
plan is to focus on tableau.py and skew_tableau.py, which are the oldest
and most in need of refactoring anyway.
