Is there going to be a separate `installed_experimental` keyword? If not
then it would be better to shorten it; Just `--optional=optional`
(somewhat confusing) or `--optional=installed`. Imho the latter is best
since its obvious enough that it refers to packages installed by Sage. It
would also fit nicely with auto-detection on #13540, which would then be
`--optional=auto`.
