 No, but it's the job of ''every ticket'' to ensure that the ticket does
 not make doctests fail. I think it will be very confusing when we get lots
 of reports that `make ptest` fails just somebody installed an optional
 package. At least, those `make` targets should use `--optional=sage` then.
 Alternatively, mark failing tests as `# known bug`.
