I am fairly sure there is a configuration option in `mathjax` to avoid
copying the fonts, but I am not sure it is currently working/enabled
properly. Removing duplicates which is what I currently do in sage-on-
gentoo requires extra massaging that would easily be put in the install
script. If the bits to avoid the copying could be fixed or enabled
properly that would be better. I think we have enough information that a
new ticket should be opened rather than beating on this closed one.
