Turns out that lrslib-042b.tar.gz was retroactively changed in 2009 and
introduced bugs.
The version available at
https://web.archive.org/web/20080606032009/http://cgm.cs.mcgill.ca/~avis/C/lrslib
/lrslib-042b.tar.gz (time stamp 30-Oct-2006) is better and is identical to
the version used by the old spkg.
This passes the doctests.
