Comment:

 The old branch on the cython version of !CombinatorialFreeModule became
 obsolete. Hence, I force-pushed a new branch.

 It allows to define actions via a !ParentMethods `_get_action_`, which is
 also demonstrated by a new doctest. What do you think?
