There is a trivial doctest error that needs to be fixed.
Other than that, it seems that somewhere in `sage.modular`, a Q-vector
space is created whose class is an instance of `Modules.parent_class` but
not of `VectorSpaces.parent_class`. That's what is creating problems in
#18758. I need to find out where that is happening.
