Now that this ticket needs_work anyway:
In the 4 files that you're adding in this ticket: please use the standard
copyright statement as explained in
[http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/developer/coding_basics.html#headings-of-
sage-library-code-files]
Currently, two of the files have no copyright statement and two do not
state the GPL version.
