* do not ignore positive char. numerics (#18787)
* ex::is_zero should use numeric::is_zero (part of #18360)
* fix nonnumeric comparisons with infinity (part of #12967)
* add integer domain, propagate to symbol info (part of #18695)
* info(info_flags::inexact) (part of #18697)
