Comment:
> The function ``random_DAG`` is used elsewhere in sage
(``sage/graphs/graph_decompositions/vertex_separation.pyx``). So I will
hold off deprecating it.
It is used in one doctest only, and it can be replaced easily by
`digraphs.TransitiveTournament(20)` if needed.
