The new patch:
* is rebased against 4.1.1
* omits the tick labels for the origin when the axes cross inside of the
picture
* puts the axis labels where they go by default in matplotlib, instead of
trying to make them like mathematica. This is temporary until I hear back
from the matplotlib mailing list about the best way to make it so that the
labels are at the end of the axes.
* changes vector field and slope field plots to have frame=True by
default
