 Because installing packages with dependencies is better than installing
 packages without dependencies. The old command still works, we are just
 documenting the high-level interface instead of the low-level command.

 I am 100% sure that people will open terminals, type what they are
 requested to type, and not know what to do with the message "There is no
 Makefile in this folder" just because they are not in SAGE_ROOT.

 OK fine, I see your point. Would you agree with this ticket if we added an
 option `sage -m` to run `make` and documentated that?
