I didn't want to have to deal with this on the sage side of things at the
moment, so I didn't change this. There are a ton of places that the
polybori name is used throughout the source code, and it would be a pain
to change them, although changing the library name and headers shouldn't
be too bad.

It shouldn't have been a dependency in the first place from what I can
tell.
