Thanks for the fixes.
Jinja and Jinja2 are totally different, and so it shouldn't affect any
current templating routines. In any case, once Sphinx 0.6.3 is included,
we can remove the dependency on Jinja by replacing all instances of
`import jinja` with `import jinja2`, etc. The API's are pretty much
unchanged, and from what I know, none of the changed interfaces are
currently used.
