I know.... it's difficult. Since I see no sensible way to fix those files,
I just left them alone.
The problem is that those files have a laundry list of old-style packages
which are no longer supported. I see no sensible way of updating them,
there is no point to replace `install_package("foo")` by `./sage -i foo`
if the latter doesn't actually work.
