Comment (by chapoton):
1) the html doc is now always build, when doing make, so the plugin is not
activated to avoid a duplicate. There is also a pdf-doc plugin, not
activated by default.
2) "An exception has been raised during the test" is now raised when
nothing is known about the exception. Maybe this was a wrong change, and
should be reverted ?
3) concerning python dependencies, there is only dateutil. I would prefer
to keep it, because it makes sense to have a correct handling of timezones
in a world-wide server.
