 This is a clear problem. The patchbot did report nothing to #19048 where
 it should have said documentation failed to build. I do not know how it
 handled it before but I thought that the patchbot did report some kind of
 "documentation failed" as a status. Though, the main problem is not the
 fact that it does not know what kind of error it is (you can figure out
 from the log) but the fact that the patchbot did not send the log to the
 server...

 > 3) concerning python dependencies, there is only dateutil. I would
 prefer to keep it, because it makes sense to have a correct handling of
 timezones in a world-wide server.

 Then perhaps its presence could be checked in the installation script?
