an official patch from upstream. Have the patches been submitted upstream?
They should be!
Long time ago, I have submitted a Winograd-Strassen patch for version
2.2.4 to upstream. But too much has changed since version 2.2.4, the old
patches are useless.
But for sure it makes sense to submit the new three patches to upstream.
Even the first one is useful. I wonder why upstream keeps telling that
multiplication tables are stored in `MTX_LIB` when in the last 10 years
they have always been installed in the current directory.
