Comment:
It may not be possible to get the desired behaviour in the
`structure/parent.pyx` doctests, so we oblige `Parent.__contains__` by
throwing an exception if `lhs-rhs` contains inexact ring elements. This
way inclusion in those rings (i.e., `pi in CC == True`) is always
guaranteed as before.
