A more hack solution would be to make the meataxe that you include in this
spkg have a different name, and so that it could be used along #12103.
However, as you said, the cleanest solution would be to base this off of
the meataxe spkg on #12103 as a dependency.
I would imagine that the majority of the work would just be some name/type
replacements as long as you weren't doing anything too exotic...at least I
doubt they made major changes to their API...
