Sorry for the last two days, I needed to update my old sage installation
on my personnal computer. I tested all of the tests we posted on the
ticket. Your implementation is clearly efficient.
I changed the `.. NOTE::` and posted that on `public/19494` overwritting
what was there.
If you agreee with my last commit, then this is a positive review.
