The huge change to `sage_autodoc.py` really scares me a lot. I already
have several tickets concerning the docbuilding sitting in needs_review
and this ticket here will almost certainly cause a lot of conflicts.
I would much prefer to stick with the current version of Sphinx (unless
you have a good reason to upgrade) and first clean up the Sphinx mess.
