One more to be in rant mode: dev that thinks soname and install_name are
not important or even ignorant of them should be sent in re-education
before touching a library (I am looking at you Fredrick Johansson with
your `arb` package - and now that `arb` has been made standard it can
contribute to the brokenness on OS X 10.11).
