New description:
We use pexpect version 2.0. Shouldn't we upgrade to the current version
4.0.1?
The present ticket is set to upgrade to pexpect 4.0.1 with material from
the "superfluous sleep" branch of pexpect which includes behavior we
requested from pexpect.
