 Yes and I tried to do it that way. But just taking the latest release and
 then adding the patch from the commit didn't work. That particular branch
 was split from master sometimes after the latest release and sticking to
 `pexpect 4.0.1` means that I was going to have to do some backporting.
 Because it was not obvious I decided to bit the bullet and ship the
 branch.
