Got it, I see the problem on your side now.
I can package up what we have if you are willing to review that commit
(which is surely a trivial thing, I just haven't tested it). I still want
to merge https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/pull/324 and
https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/pull/345 but will try to set aside some
time for that this afternoon (US) and then package up a sagenb update for
this purpose.
