Old description:

> Automake 1.13.4 or later support ppc64le.

New description:

This just requires the sdist to be made on a system with a sufficiently
 recent autotools.

On Gentoo at least, the `config.guess` file is part of a package
`gnuconfig`. It's a mystery why this is a separate package, since it is
 also shipped with `automake`.
