I don't know about what the motivation of moving it was, but I disagree
that it is *not* a data structure. `list` is a data structure for sure, so
a variant of it, namely our lazy list, is it as well.
The wikipedia says on "data structure" in its first sentence:
In computer science, a data structure is a particular way of
organizing data in a computer so that it can be used efficiently.
That's what we have, haven't we?
Why do you think it is not a data structure?
