OK, so this commit fixes all remaining doctest failues with one exception,
in src/sage/schemes/projective/projective_morphism.py. I am not sure how
this one crept in. The main reason I have not fixed it is that around
this place in the code (see COmment 14 above) there is some very badly
written (wrong) code which should probably be fixed while we are looking
at it.
git blame tells me that the wrong code was written by Grayson Jorgenson in
March 2015 so I have CC'd him on this ticket.
Now would perhaps be a good time to get some other people to look at what
we have been doing!
