 And, (sorry, I forgot to add it...) I also made a new sanity check on the
 output polynomial for `BerlekmapWelch` and `Gao`: if the output polynomial
 is not in `F[x]`, where `F` is the base ring of the code, it raises a
 `DecodingError`.
