 That being said, I could certainly agree with `QQ.__floordiv__` returning
 a rational which is always an exact integer. That would be:
 {{{
 sage: QQ(7)//QQ(3)
 2
 sage: parent(QQ(7)//QQ(3))
 Rational Field
 }}}
 which looks useful indeed. But I don't know if there is enough consensus
 for this.
