All the basic stuff works now, including the construction of the examples
in the polytopes class. Missing bits are projections down to lower
dimensions and the face lattice. I removed all triangulation-related code
since a) it did not work in general and b) you can plot 3d solids without
triangulating the facets.
If you have any suggestions for the general structure then now would be a
good time to bring them up. I have attached the full file since it is
easier to read than a patch.
