Comment:

 @jdemeyer: sorry for this mess. I updated the packages to new rc's and
 updated the checksums accordingly.

 This update includes a fix to fbissey's remark (3) (fflas-ffpack now
 exposes BLAS flags).
 I'll wait for a next release to complete the move to pkgconfig, (i.e.
 detecting givaro, fflas-ffpack only from their pc files, and requiring
 pkgconfig as a dependency).

 This ticket is ready again on my side.
 I switch to needs_review.
 Once a reviewer confirms it works, please don't positive review too soon
 as it depends on the rc's for the moment. I'll need to release linbox and
 fflas-ffpack, and update de checksums and pkg_version before being able to
 close it.
