Log of the attached patch:
- Families are parents, in the (Finite/Infinite)EnumeratedSets category
- New class EnumeratedFamily; Family accept any (Finite)EnumeratedSet as
input
- Improves the output of lazy families, and update accordingly the
doctests in CombinatorialFreeModule, ...
- Clean trailing whitespaces
- Use TestSuite
