The exact command I ran was
{{{
for pkg in A_LOT_OF_THINGS
do
sage -p $pkg
done
sage -patchbot
}}}
Note that the failing doctests are optional (precisely {{{# optional -
gap_packages}}}). The patchbot did not ran those before #20182.
