The descents in class Permutation need a little care to behave like the
other Coxeter groups. Let us do that.
As a benefit, the descents will now follow the usual combinatorics
convention (instead of a wrong indexing starting at 0).
Plus adding a new test about descents in the TestSuite of Coxeter groups.
This is useful for future uniform implementation of some new posets.
